Methods for ensuring compliance with building standards and design quality:

Our Design Team use ‘ArcTech Pro’ Project Management and BCAR Inspection Management Software for all projects to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards are achieved. ArcTech Pro allows our Assigned Certifier to create integrated design team Inspection Plans and Inspection Notification Framework. Inspections and issues are logged against an element on the plan so we can track what elements have been inspected, and when and whether issues were raised so that nothing gets overlooked.

Using this software, issues are available for review on the contractor portal, where contractors can comment on and add close-out images to, and request issues to be reviewed. Inspections requests can be made by contractors, and they can also see the submittals list and comment / submit documents as necessary.

The BCAR Inspection Plan will be project specific based on a project risk assessment which will be coordinated with the Design Team prior to submitting the Commencement Notice. The risk assessment will dictate the frequency of Site Inspections required for each element of the construction.
