OLS Architects have a qualified in-house BIM Manager who holds a NFQ Level 8 Degree in BIM Management and Digital Construction from TU Dublin. Using this expertise, our processes for Scheduling and Document Control are completed in accordance with ISO19650 (ISO19650 is the international standard for managing information across the lifecycle of a built asset using Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Our design team also use open BIM software for design coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure seamless integration of services.

Communication with Design Team and Stakeholders:

In relation to communication with Stakeholders, we have excellent Presentation Skills and since we work exclusively with 3D BIM Software, we can demonstrate proposals or revisions using rendered 3D Images and Videos.

We propose using SharePoint for filesharing and collaboration with Design Team Members and Stakeholders. SharePoint serves as a secure hub for collaboration, enabling teams to work together, share documents, and communicate efficiently.
