We engaged O’Leary Sludds Architects to design and project manage new 50,000 sqft production facilities for a new medical device product BARD were launching in the USA. It was a fast track phased project so delivery timelines were critical to the success of this project. As a publicly listed company we needed a reliable partner that could help us to achieve this. We were very happy with how O’Leary Sludds worked with us to design and lead the full design team to deliver our new Class 8 Clean rooms, packaging area, canteen and warehouse on time and in line with product launch demands. We did a lot of research before we began on our journey of building our own house. The Passive House standard really appealed to us. We wanted to build a home that provided a consistent comfort no matter what time of the year it was and of course we were keen to save on our annual energy costs. Design was also crucial to us and O’Leary Sludds Architects were able to help us with both these key requirements. We are thrilled to be raising our family here and are confident that our new home will serve us, and our kids, well in the years ahead.
