Advanced Technology Buildings for Wexford County Council in New Ross consisting of Office and Light Industrial / Production areas.

The Advance Technology Building is an IDA-developed, flexible building typology designed to accommodate a range of potential occupiers, including light industry, manufacturing, and research and development. As no specific end user is identified at design stage, the building is designed to allow maximum adaptability.

Office floor plates are designed to be as flexible as possible to accommodate future tenant fit-out. The production space is constructed using a portal frame structure to minimise internal columns and is clad in insulated composite metal panels. Plant rooms are located internally, with additional rooftop plant and photovoltaic panels screened by parapets to ensure minimal visual impact.
