OLS Architects delivered a contemporary workplace fitout for a well-known insurance company, transforming the office into a modern, flexible environment that supports collaboration, focus, and staff wellbeing.

The design balances a strong corporate identity with a warm, human-centred approach. Open-plan work areas are arranged to maximise natural light and visual connectivity, while carefully positioned glazed partitions maintain transparency without compromising acoustic performance. A bold yet refined colour palette—anchored by neutral tones and punctuated with vibrant accents—adds energy and character throughout the space.

A black mesh ceiling with exposed services and integrated lighting creates a cohesive industrial aesthetic, unifying the workplace while allowing flexibility for future change. High-quality finishes, bespoke joinery, and ergonomic furniture were selected to ensure durability, comfort, and long-term performance in a high-use professional environment.

Breakout and informal meeting areas are integrated within the layout to encourage collaboration and provide staff with a variety of spaces to suit different working styles.
