This project involved the front-end design, construction management and project supervision of a Grade D (ISO Class 8) Cleanroom for a large multi-national medical device company in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

O’Leary Sludds architects managed and coordinated the full design team which included the services provided by local Quantity Surveyors, Structural/ Civil and M&E Consulting Engineering Firms.  

In addition to constructing the building to current building standards we also had to ensure that the building met and was approved by FM Global at key stages during the design, tender and construction process. This involved continuing liaison with FM Global’s consultants and ensuring that all products specified were FM Global approved.

This project is only one of a number of projects we have completed for this medical device company over the last five years. Other projects include the provision of a large staff car park, the fit-out of two floors of office space and the refurbishment and re-organisation of their main reception area.
