OLS Architects were appointed to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the Wexford Enterprise Centre, comprising an external facelift alongside a full internal fitout of the reception area, offices, café, and shared workspaces.
The external works modernised the building’s presence, introducing a clean, contemporary façade that reinforces the Centre’s identity as a professional and welcoming hub for enterprise and innovation. Updated materials, refined detailing, and improved signage create a clear and confident arrival experience while enhancing the overall longevity of the building envelope.
Internally, the project focused on creating a flexible, user-focused environment that supports a diverse range of occupants and working styles. A redesigned reception provides a welcoming and legible entry point, while the office and shared workspace layouts encourage collaboration, adaptability, and efficient use of space. The café was conceived as a social heart within the building, offering an informal setting for interaction, events, and day-to-day use.
Throughout the project, a cohesive palette of durable finishes, thoughtful lighting design, and high-quality joinery was employed to deliver a contemporary yet practical interior. The result is a refreshed, future-ready enterprise centre that supports its users while presenting a strong, modern identity to the wider community.
